Let’s be real. This is not the outfit I’m wearing this week in Toronto right now. We are in a deep freeze and we got hit with a nice little snowstorm (I can’t complain too much–Newfoundland’s got it bad). I’m heavy on the layers with my Ugg snowboots, the heaviest parka I own, and my warmest hat and mittens. It’s neither cool, nor glamorous.
Why hello there, friends! It’s been a while. I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting over the holidays, and realized that I actually missed blogging. And for 2020, I’ve resolved to do more of what I enjoy. It’s going to take a lot of planning, but I’m going to make a valid effort to try and make this work. After all, good and rewarding things don’t come easy. Am I right?
I hope all my American friends had an amazing Thanksgiving. While I didn’t have any turkey, I had a pretty intense weekend, that has started me on a life-changing journey, but more of this another day. It’s been quite a while since I had purchased a cardigan, but I came across this olive green open cardigan and it has suddenly become part of my casual uniform for fall. Throw it over a stripe tee and a pair of denim and I’m good to go.
